Basic Skate Techniques is where you can learn the fundamental technique of moving efficiently on your skis. These videos are ideal for beginners to get started as well as intermediate skiers who want to revisit the basics at the beginning of each season. We will cover topics such as leg mechanics (how to kick your skis), strategies for improving your glide, and how to use different technique styles on varied terrain (flats, ups and downs).
